Music is part of who I am. Anytime I think about a chapter of my life I have a different soundtrack but if there is someone that has been with me always this is Nina Simone. The message behind her songs is mind blowing. We often forget to worship the most important thing we have: our life, our bodies, ourselves... My name is Tania Valcuende Villacorta. I am from Palencia (Spain) but I have lived half of my life abroad, 12 years in Germany and 8 in United States studying and working as a teacher. The city that stole my heart is definitely New Orleans, where I lived for 5 years. I miss it everyday and for me it´s the most special city in the world.
